Ubisoft releases rebuilt Assassin's Creed Black Flag remake for modern consoles

Ubisoft released Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced on 9 July for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game is a full remake of the 2013 original, not just an upgrade with better graphics. Ubisoft rebuilt it completely using a modern game engine. The story and main design stay the same as the original. However, the remake adds new story content called "The Black Tides," which connects to the recent game Assassin's Creed Shadows. PS5 players can buy it for £31, which is cheaper than the standard £50 price. The PS5 version also uses ray-tracing technology, which makes lighting and reflections look more realistic. The original Black Flag first came out in 2013 on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
