Senator calls for congressman's resignation over domestic abuse allegations

Senator Bernie Moreno called on Sunday for his former son-in-law, Congressman Max Miller, to resign from Congress. Moreno posted the demand on social media and said Miller needs "serious psychological help."

The call came after Moreno's daughter, Emily Moreno, made serious allegations against Miller in court documents. She said Miller poured hot water on her, held a gun to her head, and broke their daughter's collarbone. Miller has denied everything and has sued Emily Moreno for defamation.

On Friday, Moreno had avoided the question, saying only "I don't know" when asked about Miller's future. Miller has refused to leave the race and is continuing his campaign for reelection in Ohio's seventh district.
