Queen Camilla discusses emotional difficulty of keeping King's cancer secret

Queen Camilla has spoken publicly for the first time about how hard it was to keep King Charles' cancer diagnosis secret. She made her comments in a short film recorded at Clarence House.

Before the diagnosis became public, Camilla visited cancer patients during charity events. She said she wanted to tell them about the King's condition but could not. She found this very difficult.
