Prince Harry and Meghan relocate to Britain with children

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have returned to Britain after six years abroad, moving to a private home outside London in late August 2026. The couple left the UK in 2020 because they were unhappy with how the tabloid press treated them. They have been living in California since then. Their children, Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, have started at British schools for the September term. Harry and Meghan will not return to official royal duties and will live as private citizens.
