Polestar launches practical wagon-style variant of its 4 SUV model

Polestar has revealed a new version of its Polestar 4 electric SUV, with European deliveries starting in late 2026.

The biggest change is a real rear window. The original Polestar 4 had no rear window at all. Instead, it used cameras to show drivers what was behind them. The new version keeps the same wide rear light bar and similar body shape, but the back section sits more upright, like a traditional estate car.

Polestar says the new model offers more boot space and everyday practicality, while keeping the performance the brand is known for. Australian buyers may receive it in late 2026 or early 2027.
