PC mod adds Halo characters to Gears of War E-Day campaign

A mod creator has added Halo and Warhammer characters to Gears of War: E-Day on PC. The mod is called the Incursion character replacement mod. It lets players swap out the normal campaign characters for Master Chief from Halo. Players can also use Noble Team members from Halo: Reach, including Emile, Kat, and Carter. These characters fight through the campaign against the Locust Horde. Modding for the game started shortly after it launched, which is common for PC games with mod support. Fans often create character swaps like this soon after a new game comes out. The Incursion mod shows that Gears of War: E-Day already has an active modding community building around it.
