Pasadena mansion from 1960s Batman series listed for $32 million

A famous mansion in Pasadena, California, has gone on sale for $32 million. The house appeared in the 1960s Batman television series as Bruce Wayne's home. It was built in 1928 and has seven bedrooms and around 18,600 square feet of space.

The current owner bought the property in 2024 for $20.5 million. They planned to live there but instead made several improvements, including new plumbing, a modern heating and cooling system, and updated gardens. The house is now listed for $11.5 million more than they paid.

This is not the first big price jump. Back in 1999, the property sold for just $4.4 million. Its connection to the popular TV show has made it attractive to buyers over the years.
