Noah Kahan makes joke about Congress ordering fans to wear diapers at concerts

Singer Noah Kahan performed a comedy sketch during his Washington D.C. concert last week. In the sketch, he pretended to get a phone call from Congress about a law requiring fans to wear diapers at his shows.

The joke was a response to a real problem. At his Philadelphia concert, a fan defecated in their seat. After that incident, Kahan posted on social media asking fans to use the bathrooms. He also led the crowd in a group promise about bathroom behaviour. Then, at his Citi Field show, a woman reportedly urinated on another fan's bag.

Kahan is currently on his Great Divide Tour, which is sold out across all stadium venues. The tour promotes his fourth studio album, also called The Great Divide.
