New townhome development opens in Atlanta's Capitol View neighborhood

Urban Oasis has built 22 one-bedroom townhomes in Atlanta's Capitol View neighborhood, at 1070 Dill Avenue. Each home starts at around $170,000. Buyers can also receive up to $55,000 in down payment help, which makes buying easier for people with less savings. The homes are close to MARTA public transport, within two minutes on foot. Capitol View already has good connections to the city, and the development sits near Shirley Clarke Franklin Park. Residents will have access to a shared courtyard, a dog park, and a small public parklet. The project adds affordable ownership options to a neighborhood where transit and green spaces are already nearby.
