Miami's economy grows faster than national average

Miami-Dade County's economy grew by 3.5% in 2023, faster than the national rate of 2.9%. This makes Miami one of the strongest-performing regions in the United States.

The county's economy has expanded by 23% between 2020 and 2024, which is a remarkable rise in a short time. More than 500,000 new residents moved to the Miami area between 2014 and 2024. This population growth has helped drive business activity across the region.
