Meghan Markle in talks to join Netflix series The Gentlemen season three

Meghan Markle may return to acting after eight years away. Reports from August 2026 say she is in talks to appear in season three of the Netflix crime series The Gentlemen. The show was created by Guy Ritchie and films in the United Kingdom. Netflix has confirmed that season three will go ahead, though no contract has been signed yet. Markle stopped acting around 2018 to focus on her role as Duchess of Sussex. She previously said in 2022 that she did not plan to act again. Her most well-known role was in the TV series Suits. She and Prince Harry have had a deal with Netflix since 2020. Season two of The Gentlemen is due to premiere on 3 September 2026.
