Matty Healy marries model Gabbriette Bechtel in Los Angeles

Matty Healy, singer of The 1975, married model Gabbriette Bechtel on July 18 in Los Angeles. The ceremony took place at Castillo del Lago, a historic estate in the Hollywood Hills that once belonged to Madonna. Only family and close friends attended.

The couple first appeared together publicly in 2023. Healy proposed after nine months of dating, giving Bechtel a custom ring with a black diamond. They had been together for around three years before the wedding.

Bechtel wore a dramatic vintage-style dress with a shredded skirt and black corset. Before the wedding, Healy performed at his stag party with The 9075, a tribute band named after his own group. Healy was briefly linked to Taylor Swift in 2023, before she married Travis Kelce earlier in July.
