London Stansted Airport urges passengers to book parking through official channels

London Stansted Airport has advised travellers to book parking through official channels before the busy summer period. The airport warned that using unverified third-party websites could mean passengers end up with unsafe or unreliable facilities.

The airport recommends booking via its own website or reputable comparison sites. All of its car parks hold Park Mark® Accreditation, a safety standard awarded by the British Parking Association.

Several parking options are available, including a valet service, spaces close to the terminal, and longer-stay car parks with shuttle buses. Booking early can reduce costs by as much as 80 percent. Standard reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 72 hours before arrival, while an upgraded option allows cancellation just one hour beforehand.
