Immigration officer shoots and kills man in Maine

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer shot and killed a Colombian man in Biddeford, Maine on Monday. Joan Sebastian Guerrero was 26 years old. He had a Social Security number and was legally allowed to work in the United States. ICE has not yet explained why the shooting happened. On Monday evening, around 85 people gathered outside Bangor City Hall to protest against ICE. The protest was organised quickly after news of the shooting spread.
