French fashion brands open stores in London

Several French fashion brands have opened shops in London in recent years. Bobbies, a shoe brand from Paris, started selling on Marylebone High Street in 2022. Sézane, another Parisian brand, opened a permanent London store back in 2018. Other French names with a London presence include Maje, Sandro, The Kooples, and Rouje. The list also includes Ysé, a brand that Clara Blocman started in 2012. It originally made lingerie for small-breasted women, but has since grown to serve more body types and now sells swimwear and everyday clothing too. The number of French retailers choosing London shows that demand for French fashion has grown well beyond France's borders.
