Faith-based travel company enters liquidation after 22 years operating

Yourtravelshop.com Ltd, an Ilford-based travel company specialising in religious pilgrimages, entered liquidation last week after more than two decades in business. The company, which was formally incorporated in 2004, had organised faith-based trips for thousands of customers across its operating period, however it faced serious financial difficulties that ultimately forced it to shut down completely.

All planned trips have been cancelled, leaving customers uncertain about whether they will recover the money they paid. Despite the company's long track record in the specialist travel sector, there appears to be little reassurance for those affected, as refunds are not guaranteed once a business enters formal liquidation proceedings.
