Evening Standard interviews British actress Sally Phillips about her London life and career

The Evening Standard has published a profile interview with British actress and comedian Sally Phillips, covering her career and personal life.

Phillips, who was born in 1970, has worked in television comedy for several decades. She helped create the sketch show Smack the Pony in the late 1990s and later appeared in popular series such as Miranda and I'm Alan Partridge. Many audiences also recognise her as Shazza from all four Bridget Jones films.

Away from the screen, Phillips has spoken openly about raising her eldest son Olly, who has Down syndrome and autism. This experience has led her to campaign for greater awareness of the condition.
