Céline Dion performs first full concert in six years in Paris

Céline Dion performed her first full concert in six years on Saturday in Paris, playing at La Défense Arena on 12 September 2026.

The Canadian singer had not performed a full show since March 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic stopped live music around the world. In 2022, doctors told her she had stiff person syndrome, a rare condition affecting the nervous system. The illness made it impossible for her to tour or perform.

French fans had waited even longer. Her last full concert in France was in Nice in July 2017. She did sing at the 2024 Paris Olympics, but that was a short performance from the Eiffel Tower.
