British aid worker monitored for Ebola after evacuation from Congo

A British aid worker has been flown to a London hospital after possible exposure to Ebola in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The worker had been caring for Ebola patients there. A private chartered flight was used just for this evacuation.

The worker had no symptoms when they left the DRC. They are now being kept in isolation, where specialists in infectious diseases are monitoring their condition.
