Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman launched a new app called ARR Immersive on July 22, 2026. The app is designed for Apple Vision Pro, a device that creates immersive digital experiences. Rahman is best known for his music in films like "Slumdog Millionaire" and "127 Hours." ARR Immersive offers original content that combines music, dance, and live performance in 360-degree and 180-degree formats. The goal is for viewers to feel inside a performance, not just watching it from outside. Rahman has been working in immersive formats for over ten years. One earlier project was "Le Musk," a 360-degree VR film. ARR Immersive is one of the first major music and entertainment apps built specifically for the Vision Pro platform.
